Every batch of Rani's Mixture begins with Rani's recipe and is made by hand in small batches in our Wembley kitchen.

She developed this recipe long before anyone called it a business: crisp gram-flour noodles, spiced boondi, baked cashews and peanuts, hand-cut cassava chips and curry leaves, all fried in pure sunflower oil. Friends and family kept asking for "Rani's mixture" — and the name stuck.

The 180g is the perfect size for trying us for the first time — or keeping a bag close at hand for those moments when only a proper snack will do. It's the right amount to work through over a cup of tea, or to tuck into a bag for the week ahead. Small enough to finish. Good enough that you'll want to.
