Every batch of Rani's Mixture begins with Rani's recipe and is made by hand in small batches in our Wembley kitchen.

Rani is the heart of Rani Mix. Rani's recipe — developed in our family kitchen over many years — is the reason this business exists. She spent decades perfecting the balance of spices, the depth of flavour, the satisfying crunch that makes Rani's Mixture unlike anything else you'll find on a shop shelf.

When we decided to share Rani's recipe with the world, we made one promise: we would never take shortcuts. No factory production lines. No artificial ingredients. No compromise on quality. Every batch is still made by hand, in small quantities, exactly the way Rani has always made it.

Rani Mix was born out of frustration with what was available. Mass-produced Bombay mix — packed with artificial additives, sitting in warehouses for months — simply couldn't compare to what Rani had been making at home. So we decided to change that.

We are a small, London-based family business. We make Rani's Mixture by hand in small batches in our Wembley kitchen, using traditional methods and quality ingredients. When you order from us, your snack is freshly made — not sitting in a warehouse somewhere. That freshness is the difference you can taste.
