Every batch of Rani's Mixture begins with Rani's recipe and is made by hand in small batches in our Wembley kitchen.
She developed this recipe long before anyone called it a business: crisp gram-flour noodles, spiced boondi, baked cashews and peanuts, hand-cut cassava chips and curry leaves, all fried in pure sunflower oil. Friends and family kept asking for "Rani's mixture" — and the name stuck.
The 300g is our most popular size. Enough to share properly — a bowl for the family, something to pass around when guests arrive, or simply a bag to work through over a week of evenings with a cup of tea. Not too much, not too little. Just right.
Made by hand. Delivered fresh.
Like everything we make, Rani's Mixture is produced in small batches using quality ingredients — no artificial flavourings, no preservatives. When you order direct from us, it arrives freshly made. That freshness is the difference you can taste.

Hi Indira,
The pricing considers packaging and labour and it does work out cheaper to go for the bigger bags.
Thanks,
Gajan
Really pleased with Rani’s Mixture (hot). Very good quality product. If you try this, you’ll never buy the dusty, bitty, sweet version sold in supermarkets again.

Not to mention the delicious boondi laddu and the "thothal". This is the place for authentic (South) Indian snacks!

I love this Bombay Mix, it is so delicious and it is my new favourite treat. Also really reasonably priced too. But beware, it’s addictive & doesn’t last long once opened!!!
Best Bombay mix ever
I ordered specially for more nuts and spicy. Their packaging and communication is good.
Best packaging. Loved it.
Need more mix such as nuts, chips and a bit more hot
I am glad I tried Rani mix , being away from my home country for many years , it’s the best one can have. Thank you Ranimix, I will be ordering more in the near future👍🏽
