This traditional spiced sweet from Jaffna, Sri Lanka is made with sesame seeds and palm jaggery which are both packed with nutrients. Sesame seeds are a rich source of protein, vitamins, and antioxidants and palm jaggery has nutrients like iron, folate, potassium and calcium. 
Ellu Paa is more like a ladoo but Jaffna style so not too sweet.
