Nearly there Parathithurai!

Very satisfying snack & almost as good as my Grandmothers! Don’t forget to select spice level correctly.

The best Crackers ever!

It’s similar to Nippattu which are from Karnataka I believe. However, these Sri Lankan style bad boys are way better and has a.lovely kick! Definitely one of my favourites here. Even though it's fried it somehow feels healthy with all the grains.
