Returns & Refund Policy

Not happy with your order? We’re here to help.

We take great care to ensure your Rani Mix products reach you fresh and in perfect condition.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Please note the following terms:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items (unless the product is faulty).

• Refunds will have our original postage & packaging fees deducted:

  • £3.50 for Royal Mail

  • £8.00 for Parcelforce

• If a Parcelforce delivery is not accepted and returned to us, a £16 fee will apply (as we are charged both ways).

• For orders that qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund.

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

• Promotional items or free gifts are non-refundable.
