1. How long does delivery take?

All our snacks are freshly handmade to order, so we usually take 1–3 working days to prepare your items before dispatch.
Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the courier and location.

2. Which couriers do you use?

We use a variety of trusted UK couriers, including:

  • Royal Mail

  • Evri

  • Yodel

  • UPS

The courier is chosen automatically based on destination, weight, and the quickest available option.

3. Do you offer Next Day Delivery?

Yes — Next Day Delivery is available for £6 (EVRI or UPS).
Please note:

  • Next day refers to the courier’s service, not same-day dispatch.

  • Orders placed before 11am have the best chance of being dispatched the same day.

  • Next Day delivery operates Monday–Friday only.

4. What is the shelf life of your products?

Our snacks are made fresh with no preservatives, no additives, and no junk — which means a naturally shorter shelf life.

  • Rani’s Mixture: Up to 6 months, packed in resealable pouches to keep freshness.

  • Sweets and palagarams: Shelf life varies depending on the item (typically shorter due to fresh ingredients).

Every product page clearly shows its best-before date.

5. How should I store the products?

  • Keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

  • Reseal the pouch after each use.

  • For sweets, store in an airtight container for best freshness.

6. Do you ship outside the UK?

At the moment we ship nationwide within the UK only. Please contact us if you wish to have shipment abroad as we can support some destinations. 

7. Can I place a bulk order for weddings or events?

Absolutely!
We supply bulk orders for:

  • Weddings

  • Engagements

  • Birthdays

  • Poojas

  • Corporate gifting

  • Community events

We can also offer custom labelling and mixed boxes.

Most of our mixtures are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

10. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If something isn’t right, don’t worry — we’ll sort it out quickly.
Contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll replace or refund where applicable.

11. What are your delivery charges?

  • £2 postage for orders over £15

  • Free delivery for orders over 2.5kg

  • Free UPS delivery for orders over £50
